About Me.
My journey as a designer and educator began in a classroom halfway across the world. As a Fulbright grantee in Taiwan, I taught English to students and became fascinated by how I could spark deeper engagement. This challenge ignited my curiosity about creating experiences that are more dynamic, immersive, and motivating.

This inspired me to pursue an Ed.M at Harvard GSE, where I explored the intersection of technology, games, and motivation in education. I studied how thoughtful design could transform learning, making it not only informative, but also engaging.

Whether in academia, edtech, or biopharmaceuticals, this passion continues to drive my work. I leverage my expertise to design and manage training programs and communication strategies that empower learners and elevate their learning experiences through innovative designs.
In my spare time, I love playing tennis, bouldering, traveling and finding new adventures, taking photos, eating good food, reading on my kindle, and the occasional video gaming (I love strategy games)!

My Education

Harvard GSE
Ed.M
After teaching in Taiwan for a year, I found my passion in creating motivating learning experiences to engage learners and close skill gaps. This lead me to study motivation, games, and learning in the Technology, Innovation, and Education program at Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Rutgers University
B.A. Biological Sciences
At Rutgers University in New Brunswick, I studied Biological Sciences and had experience working as a medical scribe in Urgent Care, volunteering in the Children's Specialized Hospital, and working part-time in Information Technology. However, after having the opportunity to teach a 1-credit college course and tutor K-12, my interest within education grew and led me to apply for a Fulbright grant and teach in Taiwan for a year post-graduation.
